| There's been a lot of change around here. I imagine the same is true for you.
The Year of the Snake had a way of doing that — quietly asking us to shed what no longer fit, whether we were ready or not. And now here we are, galloping into the Year of the Fire Horse. I don't know about you, but I feel the pull to get into motion. Real motion.
So I am.
Hitting the West Coast — van loaded, heart open — and I'm bringing Change & Choice with me.
You may know this workshop from its online life. It's been quietly doing what it does for a few years now: helping people get honest about what's not working and actually choose something different. But I've been feeling the call to bring it back into the body, back into a room, back into the kind of space where real shifts happen.
Right now — in a world that keeps pulling us away from ourselves and each other, toward screens and noise and distance — I think we're all a little hungry for something analog. Something real. Something that happens shoulder to shoulder with other humans who are also trying to figure it out.

BREATH PRACTICE
This month I've been returning to breathwork and somatics — working with Anne Marie Kramer and exploring the Wild Soul space. Loving it. More movement, tapping, and breathing coming soon!
So much to share, but before we dive in, here is just a simple practice I come back to whenever I feel the need to regulate. When the mind is spinning, come back into body through the pathway of the breath...
Inhale for 4 counts. Hold for 4. Exhale for 8.
That slightly longer exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system — the part of you that knows how to rest, receive, connect, and trust. Try it for two minutes before any big decision. Notice what shifts. |
